Annealed electrolytic plain / tinned copper conductor with various diameter of 0.4mm to 0.9 mm as per IEC28 and ASTM B3.
Conductor insulation are Solid HDPE / PVC insulation.
Two insulated conductors are twisted together to form a pair with uniform specific lay length .Cable is assembled by stranding of 10 pairs / 20pairs or 25 pairs basic subunit.
A non hygroscopic and dielectric polyester film is applied helically over the cable core.
PVC / FRLS PVC / PE Sheath in Grey / White / Green / Black colour is extruded over the cable core.
