Annealed electrolytic copper conductor with various diameter ranging from 0.4 mm to 0.9 mm as per IEC28 and ASTM B3.
Conductor insulation are Foam Skin / Cellular / Solid HDPE insulation as per ASTM D 1248 and BS 6234.
Two insulated conductors are twisted together to form a pair with uniform specific lay length . Cable is assembled by stranding of 10 pairs or 20 pairs or 25 pairs basic subunit.
A moisture resistant filling compound is applied to completely coat the insulated conductors and fill the interstices between pairs and units, to avoid the seepage of water from inside the cables.
A non hygroscopic and dielectric polyester film is applied helically over the cable core.
An aluminum foil coated with co-polymer on both sides or one side is applied longitudinally over the cable core.
Black Polyethylene Sheath is extruded over the screen.
